HUMAN PERFORMANCE

Throughout the developmental stage, we have created specific courses & programs that will enhance the physical elements of an athlete. These programs include strength training, biomechanics of agility, and mental resilience. Our primary goal is to enable athletes to reach their full physical potential whilst connecting and knowing their limits within their mental state as well. These programs offer skills, technical progression, practice drills, and optimization to certain age groups and will contribute to reaching peak performance on the court, track, or field.

Our Courses

1

Youth Body-Weight Training

This base body-weight program is a multi-stage program that is designed for young athletes. The program is specifically focused on agility and strength. Although these movements are body-weight only, they offer a variety of muscle complexity and a new approach to the athlete's gradual success.

Testing Battery

Testing battery, simply put, is a group of tests. In our case, we are utilizing it as an examination that measures an athlete's physical fitness or shape at a certain point in time. The results will adjust to that specific athlete's training needs and encompass an overall fitness reflection of the athlete's physical well-being. In these modules, we will focus on 4 pillars to test an athlete's current physical condition/shape. Sprint, change of direction, power, and strength.

Speed Development

Speed development is superior for athletes ages 13-18 as it creates an aspect of athleticism essential for excelling across all sports and even at the collegiate level. By prioritizing speed training during this phase, athletes can improve their explosiveness, and reaction time, laying a foundation for success. These skills enhance on-field performance and lessen the risk of injuries by improving coordination and strength. Investing in speed development in this age group equips athletes with the physical eliteness necessary to excel in any sport and transition into collegiate-level competition.
